"Called first thing this morning when we realized overnight that the AC went out and was no longer cooling the house(of course just when a heat advisory hits). A tech, Mario, was out to our house within a few hours, diagnosed the problem(a blown capacitor) and got us fixed up before noon. Not even dinner time and my home is back to pleasantly cool. Our tech was knowledgeable, pleasant and efficient and furthermore the price didn’t break the bank. Highly recommend"

"ProAir sent a crew of 3, Ryan, Tyler and Jason. They were kind, professional and hardworking . They worked for 10 solid hours removing the old hvac system and installing the new Carrier furnace and air conditioner. This included making sure the vent in the crawl space and the new vent in the roof were perfect. They installed, calibrated and verified that all units were working at its optimal settings. They walked us through all the functions and settings in detail. They did not take breaks including not eating lunch. Their dedication and work ethic were impressive. "Had my furnace stop working at 1am in Jan during the 30 below temps !! Called proair & Darren came out ay 1am to repair it. He took the time to explain what issue was, how he was going to fix it and future furnace replacement options if wanted yet also gave advice on how to extend life of current furnace in meantime...he was excellent.
